The "Thaw it Out" Special!

Okay, so as glad as I am that things slow down photography-wise about mid December after the rush of Christmas family pics, I am SO ready to get back in the game. However....as I just mentioned, almost everyone has just had their pictures taken!

January is usually a slow month for photographers, soooooooo.....I am going to run a special to get everyone excited about smiling for the camera again!

I am going to call it my "Thaw it Out" Special.

From today until February 15th, if you book a session with me, the session fee will be $45.00!

(That's $20 off, people...)

This is a great idea for Valentines Day and don't forget to encourage any Seniors you know to have their senior pictures taken now as oppose to waiting until the last second!

Birthday Party!

I love this sweet little boy. From his beautiful blue eyes to his sweet, snuggly disposition....he is just awesome. I got to take pictures of his first birthday party ever, and he did SO well! A little shy with the cake at first,but he got over it fast and dug right in! :) Mom and Dad- hope you enjoy! Sweet baby Ashton- you are a blessing!

Baby, it's cold outside!

This is another session from the same day as the session before. Cold. Wet. Yucky. This handsome little boy did great- especially considering the circumstances! He is definitely a little boy- always on the go- but we were able to pin him down for some priceless shots. Mom and I go way back- we worked together at Westside Dental, and thank goodness for Facebook- and Target- we have kept up with each other! Girly Girl.....

I loved this session! Despite the super-cold temps, drizzling rain, and my nagging cold- this gorgeous little gal was SO fun to photograph. Once she warmed up to me, her BIG personality started showing and she was the cutest! (P.S. doesn't her hair look SO much like Lorelai's? I couldn't get over it.)

The Allen's!

Okay, so I think I have a pretty good eye for locations, but Angie kicked my butt on this one. I am not lying- this truck is a half mile off the road, behind a huge building and trees, off of Hwy 6! I have noooooooo idea how Angie spotted this place, but i am SO glad she did! Otherwise, we wouldn't have gotten these priceless pics....

Okay- so anyone who knows me knows we have been crazy busy lately with Shawn's school schedule, Shawn going out of town, Lorelai's birthday, etc...Needless to say, while I have been having session after session, I have not been updating the old blog. Poor, neglected little blog. :(

This is a session from a few weeks ago. Emily is an old friend of mine from high school, and it was SO great to see her and her little girl again, along with meeting the husband and seeing the WHOLE family.

I have decided that I looooooooove taking family pictures. Seriously. Every family has a different dynamic, and it always shows up on camera. This family was so good-natured and fun to photograph! Hope yall enjoy your pictures...
