Shout Out!

I am constantly reminded of the wonderful friends God has surrounded me with. One sweet friend who a lot of you (but not all of you) know is Lindsay Harrell. Lindsay is a fantastic photographer and has one of the sweetest, kindest hearts I know- so I think it's only natural that she's taken up Birth Photography. Luke is FOUR!

This was such a fun photo shoot! i love it when Angie calls me up for a session because she always has such great ideas. We really let Luke run free on this one, which i think he loved! I think you can tell from his big smiles that he was having fun! We also got some brother pictures and they came out GREAT! Thanks for being patient for this preview, Angie :) I know you've been dying to see them since the day we took them.

He's pretending to be Batman in this next one....he's looking out over Gotham! lol!

The Natural.

Okay Jennifer, I'm going to try not to embarrass you too much. But seriously? This photo shoot was too easy! I had to do very little "directing" or posing. Jennifer definitely has the "pensive" face down- and a great smile! Hope you enjoy these pictures...you are one cute momma!!

Baby Ryland...

This was- without question- the longest session I have ever done.

And guess what? Worth every minute!

It's amazing what a little patience, a tiny newborn, a noise maker, and a very warm house can produce. Sweet little Ryland was a perfect model....between pooping on my white sheets the first time we got him naked (hehehe!) to being nursed back to sleep, I'm sure he had a long day (along with Mommy and Daddy) but I know these pics of his first week of life will be treasured forever.

The Laundry mat...

It has been over a month since I had taken pictures of Lorelai, and I was feelin' it! So we decided to head down to the local laundry mat and allow the people there to stare at us like we were completely crazy! After a few minutes the few people that were there started laughing at Lorelai hamming it up and enjoying her cuteness.

Okay, so as glad as I am that things slow down photography-wise about mid December after the rush of Christmas family pics, I am SO ready to get back in the game. However....as I just mentioned, almost everyone has just had their pictures taken!

January is usually a slow month for photographers, soooooooo.....I am going to run a special to get everyone excited about smiling for the camera again!

I am going to call it my "Thaw it Out" Special.

From today until February 15th, if you book a session with me, the session fee will be $45.00!

(That's $20 off, people...)

This is a great idea for Valentines Day and don't forget to encourage any Seniors you know to have their senior pictures taken now as oppose to waiting until the last second!

Birthday Party!

I love this sweet little boy. From his beautiful blue eyes to his sweet, snuggly disposition....he is just awesome. I got to take pictures of his first birthday party ever, and he did SO well! A little shy with the cake at first,but he got over it fast and dug right in! :) Mom and Dad- hope you enjoy! Sweet baby Ashton- you are a blessing!
